HOW DO I SECURE MY EVENT DATE?

To secure your date(s)/time(s) we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit per Bridal Booking & a 50% deposit per Party Booking unless otherwise stated. For large group bookings a 50% deposit will be taken with the remaining balance to be due on the day before makeup and hair services commence. All deposit(s) are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Only once the deposit and contract is received and accepted will your booking be confirmed.

WHY DO YOU NEED 3 HOURS FOR A TRIAL?

Believe it or not there is ample of ground to cover!  This is usually the only time before the main event that myself and my bride can go through all the details of the day and get to know each other so both parties are comfortable and on the same page with the look of the bride.  It a time where both parties can brainstorm and exchange ideas and the artist can demonstrate how the Hair and Make up will look on the wedding day.  Trials are always a two way process where the bride will give feedback of the desired look at hand and I can tweak change and notate any particulars that need to be taken care of on the actual day so my bride can rest assured she will be the main focus from the very beginning of the day.  After all I will be the very first vendor she will encounter on the wedding.

WHAT MAKE UP PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

My mantra is “If its not good enough for me its certainly not good enough for my clients!” Quality is everything. We only carry high quality, superior performance products for our clients.  
Products range from luxury brands such as Chanel, YSL, etc. to higher end brands such as Mac, Bobbi Brown, Anastasia Beverley Hills, Tarte, Urban Decay, Still etc.
Each Artists kit varies based on their personal preference however we pride ourselves on the quality of our makeup and hair products as well as the application your in good hands! 

 

DO YOU HAVE A TEAM OF ARTISTS FOR BIG BRIDAL BOOKINGS?

Absolutely! each Artist that works in my team has been personally vetted and selected for the quality of their skills and the practice they keep to ensure all ZN clients are delivered with the quality and standard that we pride ourselves in.

WHAT KIND OF WORK SPACE DO YOU NEED?

The location of service for the day of the event will be at the discretion of the client.

 A setup/work table needs to be made available for the Artist at the said location in a comfortable/safe area. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps is necessary for services to be performed properly.

 There must be access to a wall plug & electricity for the Artist's tools. If this is not available in the chosen area please advise ahead of time.

DO YOU CHARGE TRAVEL?

Travel will be charged at a reasonable rate depending on the location of the clients requirements.

WHAT CAN I DO TO PREP FOR MY WEDDING DAY DAY?

Don’t worry we have you covered! this is where bridal trials and advance booking really comes into play.   I will provide each Bride and their bridal party with tips on how to prepare your skin and hair for optimal make up and hair application prior to the the big day to ensure our clients have the best chance of optimal make up application and longetivity of their hairstyle.
